Since purchasing the business in 2003, Melissa Zimmerman has led a team of talented designers, creating fresh, diverse, and breathtaking arrangements for weddings, special events, and every occasion imaginable. But the story doesn’t end with flowers. Melissa and her husband, Eric, founded Eleven Eleven Rentals, a boutique event rental company. After collaborating seamlessly on numerous events, they merged their expertise to form Eleven Eleven Event Productions—a one-stop destination for transforming your vision into reality. Today, we handle every detail from luxury florals to custom rentals, ensuring a cohesive and extraordinary experience from start to finish. As our Sales Team Manager, Karla combines strategic vision with a deep passion of floral aesthetics and a keen eye for pairing rentals in every design she helps to lead our sales team with excellence. With over 8 years at with the company, she’s played a pivotal role in cultivating client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring every floral experience exceeds expectations.

Karla’s expertise in sales strategy, paired with their genuine love for the artistry of flowers, makes her an invaluable guide for both clients and team members. Her ability to listen, innovate, and inspire has helped shape countless weddings, events, and everyday moments into something extraordinary.

Jackie

With over 10 years immersed in the wedding and event industry, Jackie brings expertise and a curator’s eye to our sales team. Her deep understanding of floral design trends, logistics, and client needs has made her an invaluable resource for couples and planners alike.

When not designing dream weddings she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids or enjoying a warm cup of coffee in her personal garden.

Natalie

Natalie brings a blend of creativity and event expertise to Flowers by Cina as our newest Sales Team Member. With a background in design-she has the perfect eye for detail and a passion for crafting unforgettable floral and event experiences.

Whether she’s collaborating with clients on bespoke arrangements or brainstorming ideas for weddings and special occasions, Natalie’s warmth and enthusiasm shine through. Her love for design and innate understanding of client needs make her a natural fit for our team.

Rosanna

With over a decade of dedication to Flowers by Cina, Rosanna plays an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. As our shop logistics Manager, she oversees billing, timeline logistics, and internal operations with precision and care, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.

Her keen eye for organization and deep understanding of our company’s workflow allows us to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Over her 10+ years with us, Rosanna has become an invaluable part of our team, combining expertise with a passion for efficiency. When she’s not coordinating behind the scenes, you might find her lending her hand at event set ups and making sure our team is well fed and nourished with her from scratch goods.
